Islabikes is an English bicycle company situated in Ludlow in the county of Shropshire. Since 2019, the company has also made bicycles for the over 65s, which it was previously known for producing for children. Competitive cyclist Isla Rowntree created the company in 2006 and named it after her first name, Islabikes. It was initially headquartered in Claverley, east Shropshire, before moving in 2010.

North American headquarters were established in Portland, Oregon, in April, 2013, and sales began the following month. Islabikes withdrew from the U.S. market in 2018 due to Brexit uncertainties and US laws. Design work on the bikes is done in the UK, and then they are built in Vietnam.

The Cnoc 16 from Islabikes seems a little more agile than the Frog 48 because it has a shorter trail and consequently lighter steering. The higher handlebars of the Cnoc put the rider in a more upright stance, which may have contributed to Martha’s tendency to stare forward rather than down.
