Heerenveen, the Netherlands, is home to the Accell Group N.V., a bicycle manufacturer. Bike brands owned by them include Babboe, Carraro Cicli and Ghost. They also own KOGA and Lapierre bicycles as well as Nishiki and Raleigh bicycles. XLC components are owned by them as well.
