In Utah, USA, we design, engineer, and build our bikes. In our Taiwanese factories, we make our frames (where almost all high-end brand bikes are built). Shimano, Fox, and other manufacturers in Japan, the United States, and Taiwan all contributed to the final product (SRAM).

where are fezzari bikes made

All of our bikes are built in Utah, the heart of the American West. In our Taiwanese factories, we make our frames (where almost all high-end brand bikes are built). Diverse countries supply the components: Japan (Sram), the United States (Fox), and Taiwan (SRAM).

Why are Fezzari bikes so much more expensive than similar models?

As a result of the way we distribute our goods. As a direct-to-consumer company, we pass on savings to our customers. That doesn’t imply, however, that our bikes are of a lower calibre. Although you may not notice it, our bikes are actually more expensive to manufacture than comparable bikes because of our high-quality manufacturing methods and high-end components.

My Fezzari has a warranty, but what does it cover?

In terms of warranties, it’s the best in the industry.

My bike’s serial number is nowhere to be found.

The bottom bracket shell is located on the bottom side of this part (the part of the frame where the pedals connect).

How long does it take to put it together?

It’s a breeze to assemble. Assemblies are completed in-house and only the parts required for shipping are removed. Quick Release levers are commonly used to install the front wheel and seat (which have already been mounted to the seat post). Pedals and handlebars must be installed as well. Detailed instructions and all the necessary tools are included in each box. For a fun video of the assembly
