where are bakcou bikes made

At Bakcou, we are frequently asked where our bikes are manufactured. We also use Chinese partners to produce our frames, just like the major bike manufacturers. For a variety of reasons, the idea of Chinese manufacturing has some detractors, but the truth is that there are many advantages, which is why the majority of companies use it to some degree. It’s not uncommon for people to believe that Chinese manufacturing produces inferior products, but this isn’t the case. The final product’s quality will be determined by the design and the quality standards used. At Bakcou, we demand the best from our partners, and we won’t settle for anything less. As we ride the bikes, we gather feedback from customers and conduct our own testing to fine-tune our design.

Bakcou Bikes: A look at the company

Bike company Bakcou is dedicated to making heavy-duty electric hunting bikes.

Bryan Child and Dave Andre, longtime friends and hunting enthusiasts, founded the company. As a group, they share an appreciation for the backcountry and a desire to explore it in an environmentally friendly manner.

As a result of their friendship and shared enthusiasm, some of the world’s best electric hunting bikes have been developed.

The Bakcou e-bikes are powerful, durable, capable, equipped with hunting-friendly accessories, and outfitted for the rough and rugged terrain. ‘

Having a hunting electric bike such as Bakcou offers a number of advantages, including:

The ability to travel long distances with little effort.
Unlike cars, dirt bikes, and ATVs, they leave no trace of their presence on the trail.
Keep a low profile and avoid being seen.
A trailer behind the bike allows you to tote up to an additional 100 pounds of gear.
Overcome limitations imposed by injuries.
Investigate quickly for trail cameras, traps, and other obscure locations.
Help the environment in some way.

All of Bakcou’s E-Bicycles

As a relatively new e-bike manufacturer, Bakcou doesn’t have a wide variety of models to choose from, making it a more limited choice.

Four distinct models are available, as well as three step-through variants, at the time of this review. There are a total of seven available builds.

Each of Bakcou’s hunting e-bikes has a distinct advantage over its rivals. As an example:

Choosing between a hardtail and a full suspension bike
Fat or oversize tyres
750 or 1000 watt motors
The battery can hold up to 1200Wh.
Brakes with strong hydraulic discs
Gears with a broad range of engagement
Carrying capacity of up to 300 pounds
A top speed of between 25 and 30 mph.
